i just desided to take a look at the halo 3 review to see if it was worth buying a 360 for, and was seriously taken aback on one little tidbit. "halo 3 is simmeler to its predesessors on the Xbox, but adds enough new wepons and stuff to make it feel like an all new game"

wow, and metroid got docked marks for being to simmeler to its predesessors, metroid added plenty of new wepons and abilities, such as...

hyper mode (this is4 upgrades itself, if you include the hyper beam, hyperball, hyper missle, and hyper grapple in hypermode)

jumpball

nova beam

combo xray and thermal visor

hazard sheild.

this has made me loose a little more fath in gamespot because they are supose to be inpersonal of the games system or origins, but do this.

Corruption deserved a 9.0, but I do agree with their Halo 3 review.

Reviews shouldn't stop you from enjoying a game. Who cares what some reviewers think? (although they are right most of the time).

Don't like the scores? Write your own review. Again, NO one is stopping you from enjoying games, despite the scores that are given. They are just numbers after all.

2 different reviewers, 2 different opinions, 2 different review scores.

the fact is that the game is built on pretty much last gen hardware, so barely adds anything to the formula that was already stale in the lackluster sequel to the original (which was great) if the game play was already stale in the sequel and nothing HUGE was added...what did you expect?

Oh wow. I think you may be on to something here. Oh, no wait, nevermind. Heavenly Sword review came out on September 10, and the game released on the 12th,...so I guess Gamespot is biased towards Sony as well?

Metroid Prime did deserve Higher, I'll give you that. It was a great experience. But if you've played Halo 3, youalso know that deserved it's score.

Metroid Prime deserved higher than it got, it is a great game. And Halo deserved the score it was given.
