Gamestrailers staff member: GT is not biased towards 360,PS3 is outdated.

Man the people on here are so insanly crazy. How many of you people defending the PS3 have even spent serious time with the 360? :|

 

Hes telling the *truth* those bloody horrible flappy pads on the back of the PS3 controller suck so so much. The controller is to small and i find myself accidently pressing them down by acciden and when you do use them to fire or whatever it is you're doing, it feels rubbish. A trigger is much better suited. 

 

And the games, sorry *are* superior. The multiplats are *always* and I'm not talking about how the 360 beats the PS3 in the graphics department 9/10  but *ALWAYS* better due to controller and don't give me WAWAWA BU BU TEH OPINION rubbish, no. The 360 controller is superior FACT. Perfect size, perfect thumb stick placement, perfect triggers, perfect shape. 

And the exclusives are the best. The fact PS3 owners claim R1 is good proves this, R1 was bloody awful, seriously what the hell? I've never played such a game since the PS2. I've not tried R2 cause I'm in Europe and Sony can't do world wide launches cause their rubbish. LBP is boring, bash Banjo all you like but at least it's got solid gameplay behind the creation part and I'm afraid LBP lacks that. 

MGS4 is not the jesus game, although i can understand why you hype it to be so it's good for one play through, beyond that theres notihng more to it. Multiplayer is rubbish also.

 The PS3 lacks the quality of the 360. Faact. Gears 2 with it's superior campaign, online, horde mode>Any PS3 exclusive this holiday line up. Due to sheer quality. The 360 is almost £200 cheaper than the PS3 here and yet it's superior in almost every way.

Wake up Sony lovers.

Although I'm surprised any of you wouldn't realize that GAMING SITES are just like any other SITES, they are run by HUMANS.

There's bound to be Bias everywhere, the trick is to conceal it, and GT has NEVER done a good job of that.

So the difference is the controller huh? Well, since I'm not the amazing hulk so I find that my hands fit around the ps3 controller a bit better than the 360 one.

360 triggers might be better to some but I'm much more able to fit my fingers on all the front buttons at the same time on the smaller ps3 one and I find it's d-pad much superior.

hmm, the controller issue must be subjective huh? So they really do mes with the vid comparisons huh? No wonder I could never really match up games with what I saw on my screen. 

Dead Space looked better on my telly than both sides of the comparison, lol.

Well hmm the guy who wrote that is a tad foolish how can you rate individual games based on the control/input device for the console? Yes its a factor i agree but rarely dose it make a huge difference and to be honest the PS3 controller is fantastic. PS3 controller features a better D Pad for one and IMO the better 4 button setup. The 360 controller features Triggers and the excellent joystick setup so well yeah.......

So if we look at it his way maybe we should down rank all FPS games on consoles because the Keyboard and mouse is the clear winner!

Wow. This really isnt going to help GT change anyone's mind. I lol'd at the part where he called gears and halo "story-driven franchises" and that PS3 lacked the same. I always thought they were shifty ever since the GRID comparison and this has not helped to convince me otherwise.

Edit: Judging by some of those comments, we're going to get some fresh meat here in system wars. :D

It's interesting that all of the games he mentions are shooters.  I guess he doesn't realize there are other genres out there that the PS3 controller is better for, like fighters.Snowboarder99

Another review site shoots itself in its own foot.

He goes on to mention how COD and GTA are blockbuster titles that shift consoles and implicitly links them to the 360, without realising they're multiplats and just as good on the PS3.

He also states the PS3 controller is outdated... what, did I miss something, it is just as good as the 360 controller, not quite as accurate for FPS but great none the less.

And then he says that the PS3 needs a story driven exclusive to match Gears and Halo... erm MGS4 bud.

FAIL. FAIL. FAIL from a site and video editor that should know better.

But do they ever give PC games Graphics of the year awards?

It was terrible because they said Uncharted was "easily the best looking game on any console" and then gave the graphics award to cod4, that blew my mind.

Just because gaming websites like GT, GS, IGN, GiantBomb, 1up, etc. states that the 360 has better games, better version of games, better controller, better reviewed games, etc. than the PS3 doesn't mean they're bias, it's just the truth.  No human error at all.  It's just reality folks.  People should just get use to it already.
