Dude, GTA4 is horrible. I can't even bring myself to finish the game. The boring characters, except for that bodybuilder crazy guy (who is hilarious), repetative missions, and lack of buying property (WTF?!) are simply a disgrace to the GTA franchise.Derek240

And beating GTA IV takes about 20-30 hours, which is quite long for the SP of an action game. Only RPGs have longer SP. I've beaten it 3 times and started my 4th playthrough on Christmas. I totally agree with GT. GTA IV does many thinks right. Great story, great characters, great voice acting, great gameplay, great driving, euphoria, cover system, etc. Other games do only one or two thinks right. Best game of 2008.

Well they couldn't give it to mgs4 cuz it was a ps3 exclusive, they couldn't give it to Gears2 cuz it isn't quite GOTY material, so GTA4 was the obvious choice.

Also TC, do you say it's credible that they didn't give it to MGS4 huh? Well i guess GT is one of the few credible sites around now....not
