Not surprised. Though, I definitely don't think its Game of The Year, I still had more fun with Super Mario Galaxy 2 overall, followed by Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. Mass Effect 2 is still a stellar game and I love the universe made by BioWare.
The only one of those 3 ive played is Mass Effect 2 and I find it well deserving. However my opinion could change if I play the other 2 but I probably wont for a while

Honestly, I would have rather seen Black Ops win over ME2. ME2 is just lacking in the gameplay department.

Well, BLOPS was certainly better than Vanquish. That's your opinion and I respect it :D So I'm just gonna move on and not let that bug me. Nope, not bothered by your comment at all. Not one bit. I'm not even thinking about it anymore...
What did everyone like about Vanquish? I mean, it was good, and it deserved more credit than it got, but it's not.... that good. It was kinda, I don't know, bland. There were quite a few better shooters this year, let alone games. Same with Bayonetta, that was waaaaay too cheesy.
