If there's one thing you should know by know, its that Gametrailers is a bunch of console bots who will take every opportunity to destroy the credibility and integrity of the PC and its games. Hell, they rated Crysis down for destroying their 8600GT system on High settings and STALKER down for its difficulty.... :roll:

Yea, because games NEVER get docked points for difficulty, right? I guess GS is a bunch of console bots because they just marked down Castlevania for tough boss fights.

I just dislike GT reviews because it ain't the reviewer that is talking on their video review.

I'm pretty sure that they only have one reviewer.

I follow reviewers and not gaming sites/magazine, because not everyone in the gaming site will share the same opinion as the reviewer of a certain game.

I actually prefer GT's review system over GS's by a long shot

but the actual scores is another matter
that depends on your opinion

I agree with some of GT's scores, and disagree with others; just like I do with all the other game sites

I've played all of the MG games besides 4, and I can say two things about it:

1. Overall, I think it's story is pretty good...

2. ...however, it doesn't mean that it's all good. MGS still has some stupid plot lines and story moments to it.

Also..Gametrailers' community is one of the few places on the internet with a population of gamers worse than what System Wars has. Viewing comments there is a nice way to get your daily dose of rage.

i feel sad from how they havent reviewed world in conflict though because htey are my best reviews for video and its my favourite game. Gamespot isthe best for me if i want to read them but their video reviews have a guy just talking about it but not really any gameplay shown

True dat mate. So far, I've agreed with all the GT reviews, except those for Far Cry 2 and Endwar. But then again, it seems like all critics were stupid enough to give those games high grades, so I won't hold it against them.

I think GameTrailers is simply a poor source for reviews.

The metacritic result of EW seems to indicate that anyway

I also agree with the person above who said they enjoy gametrailers presentation of there reviews more then the actual reviews themselves. Definatly very true.

GameTrailers is second only to Eurogamer and Edge in terms of reviews in my opinion. They may not be that great for PC Game reviews, but their accuracy on console games is second-to-none.

They can totally justify their scores even when I completely disagree with them, like in Mass Effect. They AAA'ed that game. I A'ed it.
