gaming is slowly dying...everything has been done already..whats left?

Nintendo's continued popularity is exactly what's killing gaming.

they are the only ones really doing something different and trying to get the mainstream.

i think PC gaming is the only thing that can suffer from lack of originality because how much can you do with a mouse and keyboard?

nintendo was fairly original, more gimmicky but nether the less it did very well =]

but with more technology i think things such as online gaming could just keep getting better and better

EDIT: Lets not forget how different Final Fantasy Tactics is from the main FF games.

u have same very good vaild points. but FF tatics is in the same world as FF XII ivalice, plus that game is competlly a Kotor ripoff

No, seriously, stop it - there's a habit in System Wars of taking a handful of observations and suddenly pretending they're the rule. Just because Square Enix wants to make Final Fantasy VII spinoff number five, or FF XIII as six games, doesn't mean that is what everyon is doing, or what the industry will be like forever.
