Thats one reason pc gaming owns consoles... mods give a game soooooo much more replay value.. ive never sold a pc game.. they all have great mods for them that keep me coming back for more..

Garry's mod is a full conversion mod, you will need to download it to play it.

Uh, zombie mod isn't related to Gary's mod.

This is one of my fave things that use G-mod. I never really use G-mod (totally suck at it). Also this webcomic was done with G-Mod.Chaos_HL21

You build anything you can think of(there are advance mods that can be downloaded that can make complex stuff, wire is the main one). Also you can pose ragdolls, spawn NPCs(create your own HL2 level if you wish). It is a sandbox game, you do what you want to do. No guidelines or obejectives.

it allows you to play around with the source engine...you can do some very complex stuff with it....just check out some videos.

I would take JUST Garry's Mod over most other full games...

How demanding is it compared to HL2 because I can barely run it on my laptop? indoors it's fine but once I get into big spaces it tends to lag.artichoke

it depends on the complexity of what you want to make...If its nothing to serious, with not a lot going on, it will run fine.

yeah i know.. People create some amazing things on it.. Haha just today one guy created a weapon for when you said a secret word, it would teleport to your position on the map and drop a missle on your head.. haha.. so we were all sayig the scret word and dieing.. ti was hilarious. I also saw one guy make the solar system

you can do so much and download so many packs in Garry's mod that it can last forever...you can even built complex machines like planes and catapults out of spare parts.....these machines are not programed to do their functions, they do what they do because thats how the combination of all their parts makes them work.
