Not much the best thing in GeoW is teamwork and shotgun battles and team lancer but chainsaw is something that looks and sounds great so its a cool thing to have in the game.

And the TC isn't a fanboy? He's hyping a game to be game of the year because it has chainsaws, just like the last one. I can't say this for sure, obviously, but don't think GeoW will have all the features the UT3.5 tech demo had. As far as I know, it was simply a demonstration of the new features using GeoW.

cool games all around but it is pretty simple Dark Messiah (360) already won. It makes since to hype squeals of good games and there are alot of them this year. But declairing a win doesn't make since and i am pretty sure the TC is not being 100% serious.

this really freaks me out.
yesterday most people expected gears 2 to be released this year but noone put it as GOTY. now that has been confirmed its suddenly GOTY, yet we've still seen nothing about it. Seriously, I just dont get it.
blech. not with a spattering of bullet lag online and host advantage it won't be for me. i'm giving them a chance, but if i see a hint of the glitches that plagued the first one, i'm not giving this one a chance. they were game breaking.
No, we need more original games to win GOTY than Gears. If GEoW2 wins GOTY, I will not ever trust this site as good. If anything Patapon or Layton should be GOTY contenders more than Gears 2.
it is a possibility but we still have little to base it on, was the first great? yes will teh second one be ? that remains to be seen but im guessing it'll kick butt regardless
