Gears of War 3 - Possibly on the Playstation 3?

As most people know, the contract for Gears of War is for two titles on the 360. However, does any one think that it would be possible for the third installment to arrive on the Playstation 3 as well? Epic does have experience with the Playstation 3 from UT3. Any thoughts on the matter?thrones

No, but i read something about a Gears of War 13 possibility, that is nearly confirmed for PS10

Why would you want GeOW3 on PS3 and the same goes with why do people want MGS4 on 360??? Whats the point??? In GeOW3 your going to be jumping into the last part of the story and there will more than likely be a lot of holes. Same goes with MGS. If you start play MGS4 and havent played all the other MGS games then whats the point of playing MGS4 if your not even going to know whats going on.

I play games for there story. I dont just jump into a series if I dont know anything about what happened previously.

That's not quite right. In fact the humans are the aliens as the Locust were on Sera first.

Er, those questions were answered. Marcus was jailed for desertion. He left his unit to go and try to save his father during the invasion, and the army called it desertion. Dom isn't looking for anyone anymore. He's loyal to the COGs and wants revenge for his dead family at the hands of the Locusts. He's basically out for blood.

That's strange. If I remember correctly, she's dead - locust got her before Marcus was imprisoned, back in the time of the initial invasion. Maybe I don't remember correctly, and only his kid died, with him becoming separate from Maria.

Where exactly are you getting all of this backstory anyway? I don't remember any of it being in the actual game, was the book released or something?

yes thats why ut3 is graphically superior than gears is and out on the ps3... :|

anyway the contract was for the first two titles but im pretty sure microsoft will indeed make sure that the third part, if there is a third part will stay on the xbox360.
