Gears of war multiplayer vs Halo 3 multiplayer

Halo 3 MP is better because it has vehicles.

Yeah Gears is more fun, I'm still not sick of the MP .. and I play it, often...

Halo.. is already winding down for me, and i'm only like a lieutenant,..

Lobing 6 grenades, then running for 10 seconds, and being completly refilled (from so many drops from people dieing) just makes everything so stupid... half the firefights just end up being nade throwing contests...

Not to mention the retardedness that is the Halo 3 sniper rifle...
So, i can run full speed, jump, change the direction i'm shooting (all at the same time) and still have a sniper round go perfectly straight across valhalla.... sorry, thats stupid.

Not to say I dont enjoy Halo.. its fun... but the MP really isint as amazing as people act like it is.

(and whoever said warhawk, agreed, that game is an f'ing blast, it beats halo, but gears still wins)

Oh, and Halo 3's campaign is really surprising me (with how awesome it is)

Well I think it's really a question of which sucks the least. And there I'd definitely say Halo3. Halo3 online has huge glaring flaws but at least you can have some amazing games custom games going with a group of friends. Matchmaking is pathetic though. Gears was just junk all around... I really don't get how people played that for more than a week. I guess it's just whatever the latest XBL shooter is the lemmings flock to it..... even if there's been better PC games for decades.Lazy_Boy88

Lol "false". Well yeah it's all opinion. I don't see the appeal of the multiplayer in that game at all. Just seems like people were playing it because no other new XBL shooter had come out. Just seems like that's the trend. 360 players just all jump on the next bandwagon and ignore anything not Xbox. At least you play PC games though.... or so you claim.

I like the tactical aspect of Gears better and the gore... sniping, shotguns, chainsaws, etc are so much more satisfying in Gears than Halo. Nothing more fun than just poppin someone's head off across the beautiful Gears map.
