Gears Still the Best Looking 360 Game

no need to bring uncharted into this thread fellow sony fans, this is about gears vs other 360 games.

But its not really anything special since Halo 2 only had one load time back in 2004.......

NOPE, but considering Gears a year old game is still the top dog for 360 titles, visually (in most ppls opinions, apparently)....shows you it pretty much maxed the hardware. visual improvement will be done by shortcuts and tricks, Think Halo 2 over Halo 1....Halo 1 pushed more polys.

Bioshock is the best looking 360 game. Mass Effect has too many bugs. Gears holds up well but the character animations are still rough and way too static.

Call of Duty 4 looks great.

Anyone who denies Uncharted's eye candiness is really kidding themselves. Plus the character animation puts it a notch above gears. Plus its easier to relate to Drake then to those muscle bound freaks in gears.

So Bioshock and Uncharted. Now stop arguing about graphics already! Lemmings..let it go..stop being so petty..gears is not the king anymore. Get over it.

What I wanna know is why Halo 3 isn't the best looking game on the 360. Seriously..what the heck is up with that?

Having worked on Xbox 360, from a technology standpoint, how much more do you think the system can be pushed with future games?

Well, not all 360 fans are saying it. Those who are, still didn't give proof why Gears is still better. Looking at the stat sheets of all the top games, Gears is no where close to them.

I think there's plenty of room to push and experiment when it comes to physics and AI and real-time lighting. I think we've only scratched the surface of what we can do with gameplay as well as the 360. There's far more potential down the road to do more stuff. As amazing as I think Gears is, and my gut tells me I still love playing it, I think we have a really incredible experience; I think we'll definitely push it further if we get around to dong a new version in the future.

Why let a great game go? Real gamers enjoy everything.

Those are some nice looking rocks however, they appear to be amazing since they make all the rocks wet. Why is there a plant growing out of a rock in the second picture and why is the main characters hair look horrible in the third pic.

Rememer you have to look at the graphics as a whole, not just one part
