Gen's winding down - let's crown the best shooter!

oh ya i forgot about that ,

tc this gen for ps3 and360 isnt over sorry , wii ds and psp maybe but ps3 and 360 have 2 -3 extra years lol

Vanquish is clearly the best TPS. Overall shooter is hard to say, there has been way too many this gen.

Wow... crappy poll. Where is BF:BC2, Crysis 1 (much better than C2), TF2, and I am sure there others better than those two...

COD2, followed by COD4 then Shadowrun.

No generic PS3 exclusive shooters (ie, all of them) should be in the poll and aren't, but neither should Crysis 2. Awful game with bad A.I., ugly graphics and terrible multiplayer. It's only redeeming factor was it had a little more freedom in environments than the usual on-rails corridor shooters that are all the rage now.

Neither one of those. Those are far down on my list for best shooters of this gen.

STALKER: Shadows of Chernobyl. The Vanquish Demo bored me, and based on what I have heard, I really dont want to bother with Crysis 2.

The correct answer is eithre Halo 3 or Halo: Reach. Nothing else comes close at all.
