It could be anything. It could be a major bombshell or it could be something lame. Just have to wait and see. Also why are people thinking this would be DLC for Gears of War2. They showed off alittle of Gears 2 last GDC and I could see them saying that this year there would be an annoucment at that level.

If you can push it though go for 900-1100 and you'll be set for the next 5 years, easily.

-- I'm using "big name company" pre-built prices since I didn't think you knew how to put together a PC. Take a LARGE chunk out of that if you can put it together yourself.

Yup you can put a good mid-range rig together for 500-800 or 900. You can put an i7 rig together for around $1300 depending on if it's US or not

iBUYPOWER has a i7 920 with a 9800 gt for 999$. So, they're much cheaper then that. Throw in a GTX 260 and you got yourself a badaxe rig.

Some sort of new GeoW Online modes or new DLC, my guess.

It's just GDC, the big news from EPIC is probably being saved for E3.
