I had to vote for resident evil 4. I had never really spent a lot of time w/ the series before 4 and I remeber getting the preorder disc at gamestop. When I first popped that sucker in the good ole' cube and was beheaded within 2 minutes of entering the village it just stuck with me. It never felt cheap to die by Dr. Salvador's hand. GeoW is fun and all but a first impression sticks. Plus, how many other games have you going through and dieing on purpose just to see how gruesome your death could turn out to be?? Having your face buned off from Navistador acid is my favorite.:Pmetroidman7_11
My thoughts exactly the first time I played that level and heard that noise coming from behind me I counldnt think of anything but "oh ****" and everytime I hear a chainsaw (yes I actually do hear chainsaws occationally) I cant help but think of that moment.

Ha yeah, Wheneve i had a shot gun or whatever and its reloading for a shot and he's running at me. I jump and throw my controller up and smash teh A button! lol love the thrill. the GoW just seems so wierd, the blood imo is stupid they way they show it. idk just me..
I was so shocked when I saw my head lopped off for the first time in RE4, it was especially gruesome because Leon tries to block it with his hands but it goes through them.
