So earlier this year there were a bunch of what would you do if X company from the big three died threads. I assumed that we meant randomly quit gaming for no reason. That would be sad. But if that games I want to play don't exsist because of crap like this, i don't think I would care if gaming died.

I know kinect is garbage, but compare it with the eye toy, please!!, cow are desperate.:P

what you idiots fail to realize is that cows arent comparing the quality of Kinect with the EyeToY (after all, the ET is older, off course it wouldnt be as good) but the premise is the same and the type of controls are the same. Basically the idea is the same: PLAY WITH YOUR BODY

One had to be a blind fanboy to deny the Kinect isnt an EyeToy rip-off, just as much as the Move is a Wiimote rip-off

Enjoy you're PC laming. I'll stick with my consoles than you very much. Superior games and gameplay and no need to upgrade every year just to experience my games to the fullest. PC is the most casual anyways with all the Farmville and Facebook games.

Call me crazy, but I don't see what the big deal is here. I think people are overreacting a bit.

I would love to have a Kinect style experience on PS3, it provides a good different expereince from the traditional style of gaming, as long as traditional games are still supported (which they will be) I fail to see the problem.

SW is full of nerds who think that they are better than everyone else because they are not "hardcore" like they are. Seriously guys, get a life. There is no such thing as hardcore gamers, all games are casual by definition.

I prefer the term gaming aficienados, not "casual" or "hardcore". Those terms and the people that use them are jokes. All gamers are equal.

EyeToy = Camera that lets you play with your body

Kinect = camera that lets you play with your body

Wiimote = electronical device recognized by a motion sensor

Move = electronical device recognized by a motion sensor

It's no surprise. Sony copies everybody, & have no clear direction of what to do when it comes to gaming. Heck, they've been very big with the PS1 & the PS2 only because of the huge 3rd party support along with tons of 3rd party exclusives for both of those platforms.
