I usually prefer to listen to good music, myself. You know, bands that don'twaste any talent they have with multiple insufferable lead singers and fratboy "humor." ;) Eddie still hasn't gotten the hint and gone instrumental.

Expected from Milkivision. Although in the end it doesn't matter they are still a business and all businesses have to stay alive somehow besides all our whining and critisizing won't make a difference it will still sell like pancakes.

Can't we all agree that Activision is the worst most money sucking milking publisher out there. When was the last time they did anything original. Oh that's right they rejected some new promising titles like Brutal Legend, Ghostbusters, and WET and had the nerve to sue EA for Brutal Legend. At least EA tries to produce new ips now with deadspace, mirror's edge, dante's inferno, army of two, etc. Activision will stick by their yearly (3 months for gh) release of CoD, Guitar Hero, and Tony Hawk until gamers stop buying the cr@p they throw out there every year. You know that a company is milking it when they release a two year old port of major blockbuster (CoD4) on the wii at the same time MW2 is coming out on ps3/360/pc

If you own guitar hero you can stop the complaining; You caused this. GH has always been trash. Always. The guitars have always been over priced plastic crap. Yet the majority of you lapped it up anyway.
I'm skipping this one. I like Guitar Hero and all, but even some Guitar Hero fans have to admit the series is milking. Like Sims (especially since it's no longer under Maxis hands), Dragon Ball (mainly with DBZ), and Naruto.
I seriously don't get why Activision is milking the GH franchise so much. It's CRAZY! I'm a lot more in favor of what Harmonix is doing, releasing DLC for Rock Band 2 and supporting that game as much as possible until they need a sequel, instead of making a new game every six months. I seriously don't care for Activision or GH anymore.

Well I don't care for GH, I love DDR. Your wrong on that mark if your a hardcore player like myself than you need for more games to come out because you get really sick of the same songs over and over again. Even if they pretty much play the same it's the songs that keep you playing.

That's what DLC is for. Harmonix has the right idea. Give people a platform that they themselves can customize... instead of forcing them to buy a new $60 game every time they want a new song list. Plus, DDR games come out every once in a while, not one every 2-3 months. There is releasing enough to fulfill the publics desire for more, and then there is over-saturation.
EDIT: Also, when it comes to Konami music games, they don't just adapt already recorded music to a game, they actually hire composers to put together completely new tracks for every release. With Konami games, you actually get music that hasn't been released before.
Im a massive pearl jam fan and even i thought GH Pear Jam was a bit much. Where are the new gameplay mechanics? these are all just re-hashed versions of GH3 over and over and over.

25 Van Halen songs plus 19 various other artists' songs = 44 songs of variable quality. 45 Beatles songs = 45 examples of some of the best music ever created. :| Is Activision just trying to make TBRB look better than every Guitar hero game ever created? If so, it's working.

Number of Final Fantasy games: Main series(14), direct sequels(9) and spin offs(29). Total = 52. They'll beat Final Fantasy in aprox. 10 years. The franchise will die off(from milkage) by that time.

Really the only one I agree with is the beatles because they're the freaking beatles!
And as long as people keep buying this **** they'll keep releasing them.
