No,it all depends on which platform the company really cares about. Ubisoft has always been a console company,that's why their PC ports are always outragous and poorly done.

Valve,on the other hand,is a PC first company. That's why their games are always so amazing,they're made for PC first. The Orange Box on 360 is awful. It's laggy,bad controls,and no one even plays it online. But the Orange Box on PC is quite frankly the best offering released in 2007. It's the way it's meant to be played.

ROFLAMO...thats so not true...GEOW is better on the PC...its even stated in the review...every RTS mutliplat is far far better on the PC....the whole Orange BOX is better...COD4 is better (map editor), Bioshock is better (mod support)...just about every multiplat is better on the PC...because of better graphics, Mods, stronger online (dedicaded servers for all major games), more control options....etc.

GH3 lets you make your own songs, and download others that people make...its also pretty cool since you can use it on a laptop, and thus have a portable experience.

i didnt even know Portal had a loading bar until i saw gameplay videos of it on xbox360 and ps3....

the guy had to wait 30 seconds to respawn or go to the next level, looked very irritating, given Portal's rapid progression from level to level. I wont even start to comment about TF2 on consoles.

apparently those frequent loading bars in Half-Life 2 take about 10 seconds on the consoles each...I dont know about you...but they are like 2 seconds on my PC.

You know on that list, if you combine the Wii and 360 exclusive AAA's, it equals the number of PC AAAE's. And the PS3 has none, so I guess you need to combine all 3 consoles to keep up with the PC. :)

Poor optimization? Are you joking? My roommates 2 year old PC with a 7800 GTX can run the game at medium to high settings just fine. Still looks better than any console game I have played or seen.

The game was optimized very well. Sure most hardware cant run it at super ulta max settings but the game it leaps and bounds above every other game in physics and graphics.

Dedicated servers obsolete? Get out. When I jump into CoD4 'true-skill' matchmaking on Xbox Live,I can't choose what map I want to play,the game randomizes one,and if no other players 'vote to skip',I'm stuck on a bad map. In Halo 3 you can't even choose what game modes you want to play,let alone map.

lol...how is the online worse...and how is it cluttered? XBL rendered Dedicaded servers obsolete, ROFLAMO...With what standard P2P that has been on the PC forever...even if that was true, the PC version can do both P2P and Dedicaded servers Roflamo.

and Controls better? KB/M is better for shooters...and either way COD4 on the PC supports gamepads, as do most PC games.

But you can't disagreee that the 360 version of CoD4 was the best, easier controls and online are what got the 360 version the better scores in the first place. A pretty lucky fluke for the 360 version, but I doubt this will happen again.
