So Im not sure which console i should buy next. It has Playstation Home (like Second Life or ) and ( massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG)) plus online service. however I'm not really interested in buying one .....It's not compatable with old Ps1 and old ps2 games. I believe the Xbox360 is with old xbox games.

The Nintendo DS well.... honestly the only reason i'm considering this is for Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories game otherwise the graphics are horrorable to me. lol however I can play certain Gameboy advance games on it.

The PsP seems good ......it has online play ,play games and watch movies as well. I may like this one but still i have to see how much it cost before i decide.

Ah and then we have the Wii . Don't really care for the wii , not many good games for it ,but old Arcade games,sports stuff and exercising, But again it has online service, it's able to play old Game cube games and easy to control in game play using it's unique controllers.

Or maybe i should play games on my computer Laptop....some of them or free and downloadable. (Second Life, Sims 3, and Sims Apartment) for online play.

Tell me what you think.....

Well if your concerned about money most of the extra features for the ps3 is free. Online play, home, etc. The xbox 360 has good game line ups for now, but think about the future. Developers are saying the ps3 is going to have at least an 8 year cycle meanwhile microsoft is already planning to launch xbox 3 before nintendo or sony. You seem to not like the wii or the psp but the ds. The ds is a great game system but the games on it gets kinda boring after a while. So I really think it comes down to the ps3 versus xbox 360. IMO I think you should get the ps3 I have boh xbox 360 and a ps3 and even though I like the games on the xbox 360, I just think ps3 is going to get more exclusive games from its first party line up. Great ones too but than again there is gears 2. SO yesss very very hard choice

I agree. You certainly don't want someone to buy a console so they can play the great games that are available right now. It's much better to buy a console, and just wait for something good to come out for it.... :|

You will definitely enjoy especially with its xbla games. There is always a great game to play and it has plenty of exclusive titles and titles that can't be played on any other console. When you pick it up pick up Viva Pinata2, Crackdown, Dead Rising, Tales of Vesperia, Lost odyyssey, Banjo, NG2, Halo 3, Gears 2, Fable 2, and there are more games you will definately like.

just look at the game library for both and see which interests you the most. Or go with the one that most of your friends have for online play.

I see what you are saying since i have a ps2 already i shouldn't worry if the PS3 plays old ps2 and Ps1 games. Good point.

But most of my friends own xbox 360 and want me to play with them ..but it's really expensive to buy all that stuff just to play online.

IDK what your situation is regarding online play. you don't need a Wi-Fi adapter if your xbox is close to your router or if you have the ability like me to run a long cable from your router to your console. That'll save you 100bucks (or whatever the current price is)

50$ for XBL is a rip-off I agree with that, but I can play games with my friends. That alone makes is worth it imo.

You like RPG's ... You want the better Online ... you want quality games, and to play with your Xbox owning friends ...ummm, i'd go with the Xbox.

As for the price, it's not as much a syou'd think, you don't NEED Wi-Fi, and even if you do, you dont HAVE to use the official one, you get a month free membership,on 3 seperate account, plus some games give you additional membership cards. and $40 a year isn't gonna break the bank.

As for the games, as was said before, you could last a long time just on it's back catalouge of cheap games.

For me though, i'd get it simply 'cause my friends do, i mean, id much rather have the option to play with my friends then always have to play with random people.

I decide to buy both consoles an Xbox 360 and PS3. Not at the same time. I will save up for the xbox360 pro first since my friends have one wait awhile for more games to come out for PS3 and then save for a ps3.

I want to play Gears of war and Call of duty since a guy told me I couldn't.

Oh and the DS will have to wait to. I guess I can wait for KH 358/2days and Birth by Sleep on the PSP. Kingdom Hearts chain of memories is now released on my ps2.
