I think the only multiplarform game better on ps3 controller is PES2008

others like racing, fps, act all works better on xb360.

because xb360 has rumble, ps3 currently no offer.

Your controller preference might be different than others.

it started on the ps2, so one would assume that that controller feels more natural. I will get it for the 360 because i personally think that sixaxis is a copycat-ed piece of doo-doo. It would be like asking why halo is so good on an xbox controller?

You felt the 360 buttons right ? horrible for a hack and slash game.(edit) wouldn't DMC4 also have rumble on PS3 or are they not adding it in the game?

I'm almost certain the face buttons on the 360/Xbox controllers are not pressurve sensitive. :| Just because no game I know ever uses that, and I've not seen it listed like Sony does for it's controllers. They just have a soft digital push.

Anyways, I don't think the 360 controller is bad, but I've been playing DMC on the PS... if I had the PS3, I may just buy it on the PS3 personally, since it will feel more at home for me.

I can't. I would play DMC4 just as well with any of them.

PS3 does have rumble. It's juzt not in the us yet. You can import a rumble controller though. So, your rumble argument is gone.

- softer buttons

- controller's handles more vertical so as to allow easier reach of the face buttons

- triggers are better for quick, short taps (easier weapon change during combos)
