No I never said that. What I meant was there are people who believe they are above the law and believe they can do whatever they want. Sometimes they can get away with it and sometimes they can't. It sucks, but it happens.

It's funny how St1ka just said one opinion, a person replies to it, he replies to that person, and now that person is saying St1ka is making a big deal out of it...It was a big deal to you guys because you cared so much enough to force the idea that admins should be allowed to do anything. It's just his opinion which he did not try to enforce or even gave much care and thought to warrant such a claim.

I agree with St1ka on this; the admin should be subject to the same rules we are-in the end, he's a user of the service known as Gamespot as well, and the terms of service apply to everyone who happens to use Gamespot, whether you participate in the site's administration or not. If you look, there is no clause that specifically excludes them from the rules here.

We're talking about the admins actions and how he should abide by the same rules by not posting off topic things in SW's. If your rules do no say so then by your rules you shouldn't, but there are lot more people like me (who are more persistent as well), one thing i was learned on my course is that the Legal system is not the only one with the capacity to hand out punishment. You're rules may say you are free from following them, but don't expect every user in your forum to simply accept it

The thing is if this was a poke it wasn't really that clear, he never actually replied in his thread and people just assumed it was a joke because of his position. Even then not all jokes get the free card from the mods, i think that in this case neither of us are really standing on solid ground here
