God of War 3 is Graphic King this Gen.

I started playing GOW3 this weekend. Wow, i have never seen better graphics anywhere else. The gameplay is top-notch too, very fun and addicting. The Demo does not give this game justice.

i think infamous is graphics king but that's my opinion and it doesn't help much...nor does ur topic.

If it wasn't for a certain garden I'd agree. But the game is too inconsistent even though it does have the best visuals.

yeah i picked up GOW3 this weekend and graphically this game is jaw dropping. everything from the scale, the epic boss fights, statues and water effects it's definitely the best looking game i've played this generation. i have yet to play uncharted 2 though.

I haven't played enough of GoW3 yet to decide if it looks better than Uncharted 2 but damn is it one pretty game. In terms of scale and absolute craziness of some of the scenes GoW3 gives Uncharted 2 a run for its money but Uncharted is more technically sound

I don't get why people keep comparing uncharted 2 and Alan Wake when there is GOW3 and Crysis.

no, GOW 3 looks great in the beginning and in boss battles but like UC 2 IT TOO is far too inconsistent in its presentation to be Graphics king.

RDR is graphics king this gen by the scale of what it accomplishes,

The fact of the matter is all these games claimed as graphics king (IE UC2, KZ2, AW, GOW3, Crysis 2, GeOW2/3, Reach, etc, etc) are all in the same freaking realm as eachother, let it go. :?

I still wonder why do we awe at great looking games when we are living in real world,with best vistas,foliages and lightning.Not to talk about textures,animations and realistic water and lip sync :lol:
