The dashboard is the same as In-game XMB now when it comes to features except 2 things

- Dashboard can change themes

- private chat

and arguably, music from your HD even though the PS3 has that (because no games support it as of yet)

How can it be a game? It has little mini-games in it, but I've always thought of it as an extension to the online service.

Personally, it looks dull.

With all the hype of 2.4 on SW, I seriously thought it will be something good. But after I downloaded 2.41, I have to say I'm extremely disappointed. I'm not saying it sucks or anything but with all the massive hype by cows here, I thought it was going to be awesome.

I already let my XBL account expire and I am using PSN for now. The little extra features on live don't do it for me.

I will renew XBL only because there are games coming out later this year that will have co-op and good MP. So, I will wait until I have a reason.

Cross game invites annoy me personally. If I am not already playing that game it is because I don't want too. I also sent my first PSN message today and that player was on MGS4 and he got the message. Although, I did not have a game in.

Ya, but I was not asking you to stop playing MGS4 and play say, Warhawk.

On XBL it would go like this for me. I am playing one game, usually a genre my friends never play. So, I get one invite. I am on a boss battle or in the middle of a game so I don't answer right away. The dude says to himself "maybe he did not notice it" a few minutes later comes invite two. I am still busy and don't answer yet so my other friend who is with him says "let me try". Here come more invites this time with voice messages.

I mean, its not big deal I just don't need cross game invites. Sure, it is an extra feature. Just not enough to pay over PSN.

I will renew XBL because of the games I want to play.

On a cold day in hell, Home is still just a 2nd life rip off its a seperate part of psn and i will actually have to loginto it to do any thing, why would i do that? why not just do that from the XMB? with a simple interface.
