GOTY awards are tomorrow. Who would win if you had to vote now

SMG2. RDR is incredibly good too though. But it has some minor glitches which stops it.

System Wars: where opinion is fact, double standards are used more here then by radical feminists, scores and sales determine good games, graphics are prioritized over gameplay, "consolization" ruins games, exclusives are overrated, hating Halo gets you girlfriends, and online gaming is serious business.

so far only managed to Play GOW3 from the games in the poll... still have to start/finish ME2 (got it 1 month ago) and hopefully receive RDR today cause there was a problem with the courier apparently :(

@ hard_body79 its very safe to say that none of those titles will be goty... nothing will top the list we have now.... its so tight that ign didnt even have room for gow 3...

anyway goty is either rdr(even though im bored with it to death) or ME2

Mass Effect 2. I haven't played Red Dead Redemption or Super Mario Galaxy 2 yet, but I doubt my choice will change.

All great contenders but I just choose SMG2 since it's my favorite game at the spur of the moment.

God of war 3. I've played all of those games and this one stands out most for me. Though RDR is not far behind.

So hard not to pick ME2 but atm i feel RDR but I guess things could change once the um newness wares off.

Doesn't really mater since ultimately Reach will be King. :P

i would have no problem if RDR, SMG2, AW, ME2 GOW3 or HR took game of the year. i enjoyed all immensely. id bet on RDR though

RDR is one of the worst games i have ever played, so that one would not be anywhere close imo

I don't know about one of the worst games I have ever played, but after finishing the campaign, I have to say I was disappointed. Funnily enough, after the first few hours I thought it was going to be a front runner for my personal GOTY, but by the time I was done with it I feel as if it is not even a contender. I still gave it a 9.0 for fun and content, but the story is just plain bad, in my opinion.

Back on topic, I would have to give it to either Mass Effect 2 or Monster Hunter Tri at this point, but I am sure that will change quite a bit before the year is over.

SMG2 seems like a good bet, but with ME2 an excellent game and Starcraft 2 on the horizon there should be some strong contenders.

But even then, I can't see ME2's 9.0 beating SMG2's 10. So unless something like SC2, Crysis 2 or Fable 3 pull a 10 out of the bag (It's a little sad they are all sequels, but anyway), Mario should have it sewn up.

Galaxy was fun, but still felt like it could have been mario galaxy 1. RDR is ok, but it does have its flaws. Alan Wake was pretty great too.
