GOW3 graphics are amazing new HD vid at gametrailers

Jaffe said what he saw looked CGI? news to me...as for what he saw, HIS DAVID JAFFE he can see more of the game and the better parts, we the public can't. Due to spoilers and overall video marketing...thats all saved for later as the game progresses to build hype and once we're closer to the release date. The game is still early in dev and you want them to show us the best parts? yeh right....this is just a small taste. Stop judging like you have played the final game. gsus

I was very unimpressed by God of War 3... I was expecting much better. It looked a few steps above a PS2 game, and the textures were rather meh. I don't know I was expeing to to blow me away like the previous God of Wars have... and my first reaction was... negative... GundamGuy0

First of all, Uncharted 2 looks MUCH better than the first, Cutscene/realtime-wise...(since it isn't gameplay) 2nd That god of War 3 footage is VERY impressive, IMO...notice the animations, live full envrioments (storms, blowing, trees, dark clouds) Character detail looks impressive and top notch too. I bet we haven't even the best looking bits, i'm sure the game will have its WOW moments, we just haven't seen much to judge the graphics as a whole. ..8 sec clip, come on. Also it does look a lot like a painting..concerning the artistic approach...i like it. Eyezonmii

i still believe the final game will look much better and maybe some new vids in the coming months of a much further built of the game will prove that... as regards the vid shown, it looks nice but i also expected something more... so far looks like Uncharted 2 looks much better than GOW3...

meh, it looked alright from what i've seen

i really don't expect this game to have crazy visuals. it will look good but i don't think it'll look all that different from all of the other games of that genre

God of War 3 looks like the same ol game it was on the PS2 with stupid quick time events as its gameplay. Uncharted 2 's trailer was pointless

I thought you people were smarter than this. It was a trailer meant to tease you just like every other trailer shown at the VGAs.

The game is still a long way off and you must be really fickle to think the final build of the game will look like that.

Uncharted 2 was just a teaser too, if you want gameplay screens, go pick up Game Informer.

Why not wait til magazine and gaming site previews of God of War 3 in upcoming months instead of basing it on this short trailer. If you would look back, Uncharted at first had terrible graphics when first shown, but amazingly in the final game it looked top notch.

Please use your brains for once.

I say this again, no VGA trailer showed actual gameplay.
