Yeah right, I'll believe it when I have a copy in my hands. It'll be delayed until 2010.

They've also been bested by Forza, I want to see what they do to try and elevate the Gran Turismo experience - or if they go the same stubborn route as with the Prologue and simply give more of the same with shinier paint.

Also, a third person viewpoint that's actually usable would be great.

Spec III may be the last major update for Prologue. Polyphony has not announced any more major updates. It's time to move on. GT5 is coming.

I hope it's true.  Gran Turismo isn't my absolute favorite game of all time but it is the series I've spent the longest on.  I must have played 2, 3 and 4 hundreds upon hundreds of hours.  The racing, perfecting lines, upgrading and buying new cars is so insanely addictive it's like virtual crack.

Indeed. I can't wait for all these great games. I don't really care if it is the 'year of the PS3' or not... These games are gonna be freaking amazing.
