Also Shinny does not = better graphics, because if that's the case then the Conduit is the graphics king of everything, seriously look at the lava at the bottom of the screenshot you keep posting and even that giant creature coming out of the lava (shiney makes seem to look better) they aren't all that crash hot looking and yet you bag Resident Evil 4.

Other M looks considerably better. I love RE:4 but it's no were near the same level as Other M, it even looks better tha Prime 3 incase anyone wants to be a fanboy.

Extremely confused at why everyone is saying Other M looks terrible... Looks very good, and much better than the majority of Wii games, sure it has its rough spots, but it isn't releasing this fall, and there are games that are releasing this fall and still have rough spots.

Metroid Prime 3 has a very consistent art style, but that doesn't mean it was a technically more impressive looking game, and there is no way RE4 looks better. And on and on about the shiny, which only really applies to the first shot, giveit a rest, that's not why the game looks good.

Some extremely ridiculous claims, however, guess those type of claims do come up when someone claims graphics king on a title that isn't even close to that kind of recognition, although on Wii, it does look very impressive, and up there with the best.

Nice work picking a good Metroid: Other M shot and then a bad Metroid Prime: 3 shot and a even worse Resident Evil 4 shot which is obviously stretched. Seriously look at the sky in that picture its obvious that you just stretched a small pic meaning that your reduced the shots quality by a ton as the pixels in the shot have stayed the same while the size it has to cover has.

Nope.

It dosen't even looks as good as God of War 2 which was a PS2 game. or even Chaos theory for the X box and PC.

Alot of developers are really failling in terms of graphics for the wii. I was expecting at least the majority of the games to try to looks as good as Doom 3 or other good looking last gen games. But all we get is a few games like Galaxy that actually look good.

I don't think anyone here is, or at least I'm certainly not even though it looks like I am. I simply just saying that while it looks good, its art style is nothing flash and the game could have been on a last gen system, eg. GC or Xbox. While it would have been one of the best looking GC or Xbox games it still could have been done, since Ninja Gaiden Black and Resident Evil 4 were done on the Xbox and GC respectively. Yes its an above average (fair bit above actually) looking Wii game and yes the game itself also looks to be awesome. But it is in no way shape or form the Wii's best looking game. That's my argument.

Also note I'm not saying it doesn't look good (Metroid: Other M) its just that I think there are many better looking Wii games out there than it, that deserve Wii's graphics king over it, but I still do think it looks good. Also in reference to the Metroid: Other M shot the lava at the bottom of the shot doesn't look all that good and since does shiney = better graphics? Because if that's the case then the Conduit looks fantastic.

I got a much nicer one of Metroid Prime 3 (now that I updated my last post) that you can enlarge to see what I mean if you edit the message, but yeah I think to agree to disagree is the perfect way to settle this.

Surely Wii has some great looking titles & some of them have excellent artistic approach, but people should accept that it will never have a console graphics king title..

Also gamers cant hide behind artistic style & claim that alone can make a Wii game the new 'Console graphics king', because the same artistic approach can be taken on the 360 & PS3 in HD which would make it look sharper and probably have much more due to the superior hardware on both.. On the other side you wont ever see games such as Uncharted, KZ2, Mass Effect, GT5, Forza3,Heavy Rain, Ratchet, The Last Guardian, Fable 2,Geow2, Banjo, GOW3, Alan Wake etc on the Wii because of its hardware limitations..

The Art Style looks good for Other M but it is too shiny I don't like Shiny when its not suppose to be shiny. Metal and Glass should be shiny not Lava and Creatures unless that lava was just Water with orange dye then I can see why it is shiny.

It also looks alright from a technical standpoint on the Wii. I still prefer Muramasa's Artstyle.
