Ubisoft have made official there plans for GRAW2 the sequel to the excellent first game. UBi have used the Six Axis to it's full potential as well as throwing in a huge 32 MP maps.

The game is due out at the start of next month.

Ubisoft.

The Ghosts now on Playstation 3. Following the award winning 2005 Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter (GRAW), Ubisoft brings the sequel GRAW2, with additional content, to the PS3.

You are the Soldier of the Future 2.0. All systems have been upgraded to give you more power and control on the battlefield. Following the failure of the "coup d'etat" in Mexico City Mexican rebels have gathered their remaining forces along the US border. Lead your team of elite Special Forces for the first time on US soil - straddling the border between Juarez, Mexico and El Paso, Texas. The Ghosts have less than 72 hours to stop a nuclear attack. You are the last line of defense and must do what it takes to be victorious.

Key Differences:

Six Axis features : Controller features used for Mitchell & Cross-com control

SP : Drive the supports (drone, M.U.LE) with the Six Axis functionality

SP/MP : Change Mitchell stances with the Six Axis

SP : change the Rules of Engagement with the Six Axis
Consistency increased between SP & MP: Scope, Movement, Aiming...

PS3 specifics adaptation of controls: Menus, Shoot button...

14 additional maps resulting in a total of 32 MP maps!!!

Multiplayer Additional Information

32 new adversarial multiplayer maps up to 16 players, an expanded arsenal of multinational weapons, character customization options, new optimizing re-spawn system, new female operatives and hundreds of new game mode options are available.

2 new coop modes, "Evasion" and "Exfiltration", to vary the game experience in multiplayer.

6 missions co-op campaign with a fully immersive experience and storyline. Featuring open-ended play that rewards teamwork as you play with up to sixteen players.

I dont believe that, quantity =/= quality. it might have more content but its a Ubiflop port, therefore, it wont look as good the X360 version.

it all won't matter to PS3 fans. They might still call Ubisoft lazy if it ain't gonna look graphically as good as the X360 version.

You know, PS3 fans have this firm belief that the PS3 can produce similiar graphics to X360. Not knowing this is as good as it gets for the PS3 and they should be thankful to ubisoft for trying to bring Splinter Cell, GRAW, etc... franchises to the PS3.

Maybe they're realizing that people are now blaming them for sloppy ports rather than blaming PS3's hardware.

Red Steel sucks but it sells? Do they care? But then again, they have the advantage of being on Nintendo with that game so anything crap sells and gimps their good games like R6V.

I wouldn't be too sure.  Ubisoft really isn't so great at porting games.  Look what happened to Splinter Cell for the PS3.

The PS3 can't handle the awesomeness of GRAW 2. The demanding graphics will cause the PS3 to crash over and over. Cows will complain that Ubisoft is a lazy developer even though all ports from the 360 look worse on their system.

I'm going to wait for the review's first.

I made the fatal mistake of holding out on buying F.E.A.R for Ps3 instead of my 360

and you all know how that came out another lazy crap port.

every multiplat game besides ubisoft ports look better on the ps3 not by much but you can tell the difference. that being said hopefully ubiflop doesnt screw this game up it sounds like its gonna be alot better on the ps3. gamespot will give it a lower score tho im sure even tho every other site will score it high
