I just want to try a tinnnnyyy bit of the beta, but I can wait. Killzone 2 got a ton of feedback so it's likely that this game will be amazing. Resistance 3 is going to have even more to prove after all of those complaints. I wonder if it has what it takes to out do Killzone 3.

I think KZ3's SP campaign will be the best of it's kind (for a shooter with a robust MP mode). And I think R3's campaign will be even better! I know Insomniac have a lot to prove, so I look forward to seeing it.

I'm not saying KZ2 had an outstanding campaign, even though I really enjoyed it. I just think people will be pleasantly surprised by it! I'm more optimistic, rather than pessimistic, regarding this, but not to the point of potentially being disappointed.
This really doesn't look like anything I'd play, but the visuals and audio are nice (On the snow map, at least. The brown/gray maps look kind of ugly, imo).
This is a really old video, but I don't really like the look of the MP, it looks too much like Call of Duty and thats not really a bad thing, but they aren't really doing anything new or innovative, that makes me want to buy it. :(

Everything is looking great in this game. I still think it's a MUST that they add different amounts of recoil for different weapons! All the weapons are handling the exact same way as if this were MW2 or Blackops. That's no good. I don't care care if it's a little they add. Kills are waaaaaaaayyyyyyyyy too easy right now.

Wow! The other videos have been nice, but I like the things they have this game mode that this guy is playing through. It still involves doing different objectives, but it's a little different here. There's a little cinematic addition to this game mode. I haven't seen this in any other shooter and it will probably get old, but I still think it's kind of cool. They do a better job on the cinematics than in Bad Company 2.
Now all they need is a gun game mode (I want it so badddd :cry:)and weapon tweaking (recoil, power, etc) this game will be nearly perfect multiplayer fun and polish.

Games like Killzone and Battlefield are focused on multiplayer though as their main selling point. I don't have a problem with that because almost all shooters have stories that aren't that great anyways and characters are usually bad. I typically expect the good story and characters in and RPG because it's a longer game and RPGs that have had this have had a lasting memory in my mind because they were so great.
The motion and character models and lighting all look great,not sure how big an improvement it is on killzone 2 but i am intersted to know what the 3D experiance of it is.
