[QUOTE="charizard1605"] I love it though

Not-A-Stalker

Need For Speed: Time Trial While Dodging Lunatic AI Drivers would have given a much more accurate depiction of the game. If you try to get golds on all the events, you'll spend ~5 minutes of a race or pursuit to get gold since they're all super easy, then multiple tries on time trials that can take up a lot of your time. I felt like all I ever did on that game was dodge the AI drivers swerving into the opposite lane making them easier for me to hit. Very frustrating. I quit playing about half way through. GT5 is much better.

BUT THE SPIKE STRIPS. I don't understand how you can't love that game. So much cool. Why doesn't every county have Lambo cop cars? I didn't have much of a problem the civilian cars either. You crazy

Everything "cool" about the game had pretty much already been donw in NFS Hot Pursuit 2 on PS2. Only changes were for the worse. Driving was pretty sub par. Drifting was cool for maybe the first 10 minutes but then it got old and drifting around a narrow blind turn with a civilian car in each lane only to lead to a guaranteed crash that causes you to start the entire time trial over again. All the cars handle nearly exactly the same as well. Most of the "short cuts" don't even help your time and the rubberbanding AI make it even more annoying.

lol its cool man. I found it on Amazon for $30 so its not a big deal at all. I was just a little disappointed since I loved NFS Hot Pursuit 1 and 2 for PS1 and PS2. Most of my anger comes from 1 particular challenge that took me nearly 2 hours to get a gold on and on about 10 different occasions I missed the target time by less than a second. I rage pretty hard at games sometimes nad continuously failing is amongst the my top rage inducing experiences. It probably would have enjoyed it a lot more if I wasn't trying to get all golds my first go through

Yeah, I know what you mean. Especially when your so close to that target time. It's like "restart, restart, restart" lol. Lately I've been doing the online and trying to beat my friends time so I can talk trash to them.

I've heard the online is pretty fun. I completely forgot it was an EA game and I bought the game used only then to be presented with a complimentary EA Online Pass for $10 which I declined. I could still use the autolog and everything but I couldn't race any of my friends

I was reminded of how much fun ModNation Racers is due to another thread that was posted, so that one. In general, racing games don't do it for me, but kart racers are more fun than most arcade racers. Sims have their place as well, but not really fun as much as they are cool.

Mod Nation Racers. Even though it took 5 hours to download the patch for it, the game is sick as hell. Making your own tracks in a matter of minutes and racing on them has never been so fun.

One big problem I encountered though: The load times are balls. Everything else is great though.
