I dont know if they're actually considered cutscenes, but if they are, Bioshock had some great cutscenes, especially this one.

One that I can remember loving off the top of my head is in MGS 2 when Ocelot owns those soldiers with his gun at the end of the tanker sequence. I thought the thing with the coat was especially cool.
atlus games... nocturne III or digital devil saga, anyone who says final fantasy is a noob..Bdking57Actually, now that I think about it - the Trauma Center titles have some pretty cool cutscenes (with exception to the sections flooded with a novel worth of text).
Eledees gets my vote. It has some of the most luscious, beautiful, hand-painted images I've ever seen. Though the voice-acting sucks. The pictures are much nicer than some average CG boredom.
Metal Gear Solid series cutscenes, although longwinded sometimes, never fail in immersing the player in a world that actually feels real (which might sound weird what with crazy and unusual characters/gameplay, but that's just to the casual observer or dissatisfied customer)
Don't mean to cream all over myself, but I can't help it. These cutscenes are just so damn good.
