The Stalfos in OoT were always exciting fights. I loved them. As for the best, I'm thinking the Dark Jedi in Jedi Outcast.mo0ksioooooh, good one. I officially change my answer to the above statement. the first one in Cloud City was the best, evoked all the same feelings Luke fighting Vader in Empire did. awe, now I'm sad that there's no new Jedi Knight games planned. damn you lucasarts! bring back the golden franchises!!!
i know he might not count because technically, its a mini-boss but
DARK ******* LINK!!
Then commences the epic battle which is probably the most difficult battle in Zelda history (if you dont play cheap, Dins fire etc). Seriously, beating dark link then going to the water temple boss is one of the most depressing things ever because its the worst boss in the last 20 years.
Dark link for water temple boss. Heres a little hint at the epicness.

I tried that to see what would happen and well... it's not very effective, the MP it consumes far outweighs the damage it does. So I just used the megaton hammer.

My personal favorite version of the Darknut. Loved the 2nd battle in the ?Sand Temple?.
Is this the one from OoT? I remember you fight one a second time in the Spirit Temple, it was wild.

Yep, from OoT, and thank you, SPIRIT Temple, had a brain fart there for a sec.
Awesome fight alright.

Yea, it was crazy how he could take those pillars down with one swing of his axe. And then once you broke his armor off, he would start chasing you around. It was insane. :D
The one part I hated about OoT was that one room in the Forest Temple where you have to put the blocks in the right order (to match the picture on the wall) within a time limit so you could fight the Poe. It always took me around ten tries.

Those two surprises in the fight alone made him my favorite non boss to fight. Freaking crazy, especially back in the day.
I dont think I had a part in OoT I hated.... I did loathe getting to the Geurudo Fortress. My god, I got caught alot, and it always took me over 20 minutes to find the last worker. Frustrating....

Omg yes! Somehow that last worker always managed to hide for like a half hour, no matter how many times you've played that game! lool The iron knuckles fight is so damn easy lol. all I ever did was throw every single bomb before he even walked up to me. spamming bombs = dead iron knuckles lolPyramid Head is not a boss monster. Its more on par with Big Daddys. Thats just MO, but whatever. Still awesome enough to be mentioned in this thread.

I wouldnt say the Iron Knucle fight is easy, but it is an enjoyable battle. Didnt know you could use bombs on him....
I have to say those Iron Knuckles were great, especially in OoT. They can't be living since they just stand there all day until you agitate them, and then they bash everything in the room to rubble while he slowly chases you down. Always cool.
then there's this guy:
I mean, what is this guy? What's he hiding under that bag on his head? Why is he so powerful? Very scary, especially the first times you see him, but whenever you see him you have to adjust your thinking to deal with him. I suppose he's kind of a mini boss, but not really. He is inserted into the game alongside other enemies.
...Grunts. Because they completely break the seriousness of Halo's story, and feel completely out of place.
Either that or Prinnies from Disgaea, because they explode when you throw them.

GunSmith1_basic
He doesn't like your emo hair. So he's giving you a free haircut.
...That starts at the neck.
......With a chainsaw. >_>

Yes! The first time this guy cut my head off; I jumped about a mileoooooh, good one. I officially change my answer to the above statement. the first one in Cloud City was the best, evoked all the same feelings Luke fighting Vader in Empire did. awe, now I'm sad that there's no new Jedi Knight games planned. damn you lucasarts! bring back the golden franchises!!! I agree It makes no sense. Lucasarts remake the same old generic star wars games over and over but then they finally get good franchises (Battlefront, KOTOR, Jedi Knight) and just forget about them.[QUOTE="mo0ksi"]The Stalfos in OoT were always exciting fights. This is my fave non boss battle.
I used to kill myself over and over again in that stage just to keep fighting him.
