Honestly Expected more with a big game like Mass Effect 2. 50k difference really isnt that meaningful. Itll be interesting if 360 keeps it up through 2010 though.

Guess what? A wired connection is much better for online play that wireless anyday of the week, plus a silver account is free. Not to mention that a 12-month Gold account subscription can be found for like, $30-$40.

may be it wan't need by the x360 exclusives, major PS3 exclsuives used the bluray in a very good way, too bad the x360 doesn't have one.

i agree that wired > wirless but i think the higher the speed you have, the less difference you may notice , i dun know tho, but Wifi wasn't intended only for gaming, it was to serve the PS3 as a multimedia machine, the same goes for bluray, they are both used for gaming and other sorts of entertainment. the live is already cheap, i dun think 50$ a year is a burden.

anyway i think Sony made the right choices while assembling the PS3 except for the GPU.

Silver accounts are free, in which i quoted you about that. It sure enough wasn't present last gen.

I never stated that Blu-ray was needed, but no one can deny that blu-ray is a advantage and helps in certain cases. Just ask Kojima on why he didn't port over the ps3 biggest selling exclusive to the 360 instead of making a another chapter. Or you can ask Square-Enix about their FFXlll development:lol:

Obviously since Mass effect 2 came out which helped push sales.

Guess what most casual use wirless. Heck even nintendo new that when making wii. Most ppl not have ethernet cables going though walls.

And guess what I suppose bluray waent needed for your games. But neither was dvd since a guess muiltiple cds could could have been used instead.
