Standard cars don't have interior views. The website says so (3rd update down).I haven't read ANYTHING saying that they have less-detailed interior views.

If I'm wrong, that's cool, but provide a link.

There's no way the "Best game of E3" could be a flop. It would just discredit the reviewer.

Imagine : "Oh, you gave that game a 6.0? but, 3 monts ago you said it was the BEST OF E3. You're stupid."

You're confusing Interior view with Cockpit view... All cars have interior view, but only premiums have interior view replaced with cockpit view which is the high resolution highly detailed one which also covers floor, doors and back seats, standard cars get a basic dashboard view probably gearstick and pedals but not much more.JohnF111

Uhm, no. You won't be able to see any kind of dashboard on the standard cars.

Hey, Everyone. Stop argueing about wheels. I just played prolouge and it couldn't find me any online players. Chill out, go race, get some practice, notice how you never, ever see a rim while driving. I came from forza, and the crap you gt5 guys are **** about it stupid.

I don't see the point. in real life you use depth perception to ingore the cockpit anyways. Seems to block my vision/distract me in a game. hood/roof/bumperview ftw.

This is a big deal for big racing fans. Standard cars already don't have interior views, and they look pretty much like the cars from GT4. If they don't have changable wheels, who knows what else standard cars don't have?? Theres 800 standard cars and 200 premium ones, to be honest I wish there wouldn't even be standard cars because you can't do much with them and they don't look good at all.

Please tell me this is a joke post....are people seriously this upset for MORE content...? 200 cars is already a massive number, but people want to nit-pick because there are essentially 800 bonus cars the devs made for essentially free. Seriously, the devs try their best to give players as many features/cars a possible, and people spit in their faces with having MORE options...it's disgusting.

rims are something i never bothered about, as long as i can mod the meat and bones of the car itself then thats fine.

i use it for every sim game i play whether it be racing flying etc. its the most immersive way to play a racing sim in that you have certain blind spots just like in a real car and your not just lying on top of the hood, to me the fact that gt5 is lacking any kind of interior view (couldnt care if it was a generic one ala gtpsp) for 80% of the cars (which basically means you will be using these cars at some point in the game) is nearly a deal breaker for me :( i cant believe they have the audacity to call it the real driving simulator when so many simulation options are missing

Well, this is the racing sim that's been in development for almost six years, its box says "the real driving simulator", and is coming from a developer that prides itself on attention to details.

you know what i love about some of these people is that you could literally rebadge gt4 as gt5 put it in hd and they would buy it out of blind brand loyalty
