GT5 prologue has jaggies. (56K GO AWAY!)

How is making the image smaller going to make more jaggies? It's a screen shot, it's not being rendered any differently.

Offscreen shots Hide flaws and make things look better than they really are. They can make a jagfest PS2 gamelook awsome.

Shrinking an image can make it look worse. Plus excessive compression can make a picture look worse.

Yup, I can post Halo 3 off-screen shots and they have not one bit of aliasing.

So let me get this straint IGN intentionaly shrink and streatch thir images to make games look worse than they really are.

lol doctored, off screen etc. Just play the game, i'm not lying to when i say this game looks and plays very very well.

Buy it! There are only 5 tracks, but the game is simply amazing. I wouldn't recommend it if you don't enjoy sim racers, though. This is the game to show off what the PS3 is capable of, even though I still think Uncharted is overall more impressive. The lighting and car models are top notch. The city tracks are full of life and feel very close to something you'd see in PGR, while the other tracks are a tad on the boring side. Definitely a worthy game to add to your PS3 library. I just wish there was more content. Oh well, I can wait for GT5 that will hopefully be releasing Q3 of 2008. Prologue will hold me over. :)

The ones he posted yes, the ones i posted are the closest representation. The gameplay is great typical GT, the A.I is as dumb as a doorknob but the game plays great and the penalty system doesn't create any problems if your drive properly. The game looks fantastic at times "photorealistic", the Replay effects need work and some of the camera angles in the replay aren't the best. Its definately worth it if your a fan.

Who cares.....I mean seriously?

It's not like I'm going to pause the game and put my face 3 inches from my TV screen and say "man look at those 4 pixels sticking out of the tires".

If you were to complain about something shouldn't it be the lack of car damge in the game? Or a more polished and less boring career mode? Or possibly a new feature that reinvents the Gran Tursimo wheel, but no it's never about the gameplay it's always about the presentation.

Err dude, This guys got the game. You are basing judgment of IGNs poor quality screens. I also have the game, and it looks about 100x better than those screens the TC posted.
