they also said it would have released spring 2010, fall 2009, spring 2009 etc. etc. its going to be hard to believe them untill GT5 copies are found on the shelves

If they pushed it to summer I would still be a happy guy, but now I'll have to wait for my Fall 2010 term to be over in order to play this?

extra bit of spitshine and just in time for Christmas, casuals or uninformed gamers see GT5 PS3 bundle and buy it for a Christmas present thats what im thinking really.Releasea game with far fewr bugs is also good especially on a game of this size its pretty much a rare occurence.

Jesus.... Seriously just cancel the game.. My god sure you want the game to be good but when you delay it practically an entire consoles life cycle then you have a problem

What? Your crazy... Just because it's delayed doesn't mean people aren't interested. There are tons of games out for this year and the previous 3 years for the console , what is the big deal? You guys act like you can only play one game a year? And i hate how you console people don't play older games ... you have to play only what's new and "trendy"...yeah i see 80% of my friends list is always playing that crap game modern rehash 2 and i am playing a variety of games from the last 3 years... There is more to life then just GT... You guys complain and whine way too much seriously. They want to make the game as good as it can be. With full damage , day /night cycle, nascar, rally 1000+ cars multiple tracks etc... this is the most ambitious GT yet and you guys want them to rush it or "Cancel" the game? that is the dumbest thing I have heard on here in a while. The game will be great. So you have to wait a bit, big freakn deal , play GOW3, play WKC, play Yakuza 3, FF13, BCB2, MAg, 3d Dot heroes, and if you need a racer so bad play NFS shift. I bought nfs and its a great tilte to play while you wait for the epicness that is GT5.

Duke Nukem Forever, anybody? :P Seriously though, finally. A friend of mine bought an 80gig PS3 the first month they came out hoping for GT5 to be released sometime in the next few months (he's oblivious to the internet) and 3 years later... it's coming.

hmmm. 30,000 gamerscore, f3 logo on gamer card, errr don't think you were going to be getting the game to begin with ,based on the amount your gamercard says you play xbox. So stop bashing any serious gt fan would be buying this no matter the wait.

Check out the GT planet forums....All the serious GT fans are pisssed about it...Of couse any fan will still get it...but that does not change that fact we can ALSO be mad about it...

About a year ago they sent GT back to formula but me thinks Poly gonna need a bit more time to catch up to what T10 has already done... 2011 may be what's needed to give them some time to grasp , reflect and do this thing right.. if not it could be fatal.

We shall see. :P

I won't.. or will try not to laugh but yes, they should set a priority to wipe clean and target a date that coincides with the launch of sony's next console and meet or better yet, exceed what gamers expect...... they seem at this point in a no win situation.

I'm impressed at how well Polyphony has turned Gran Turismo into the Duke Nukem of driving sims.DJ_Lae
