GT5P Review! (IGN)

Hey dont know if this is old news or not, but the review for GT5P is out on IGN.com. Good review, but doesnt look like it will be PS3's first AAAE since Gamespot usually rates lower then IGN.

It's up to Haze and the inevitable MGS4.

Eh, pretty high scoring.

Anyway, PS3 has plenty of AAAes on IGN.

By that logic, the Xbox was just an example of what would eventually come with the 360 or the PS2 an example of what would eventually come with the PS3. I guess Halo 2 was just an example of what you would be getting with Halo 3. Your logic is flawed. GT5P is much more than a mere demonstration. It's a game that offers just as much content, if not more, than most full-priced games.

i have put in more hours in the Skate demo (free, btw) than games i paid for.

since i got a demo for free, but they paid. who is getting milked in this situation?

europeans love the series more then anybody else. if I were Sony, I would also take advantage of that.

All I know is that I have played Forza 2 since May 2007. You get to play your full game March 2009.

Its amazing how all of a sudden cows that claimed GT5P wasn't a demo, are now claiming that it is a demo. Welcome to System Wars.

I think some lemmings forget that this is Gran Turismo5: Prologue this is not a full game and no one is forcing you to buy it, but lemmings should be worried if a "demo" according to them is scoring AA, the final game, Gran Turismo 5 will easily outscore Forza2/3EVOLV3

Yeah, the only fault here listed is content.

This means that in GT5 more content will likely propel it over the 9.0 barrier easily. Also, with extra features such as damage being added I'm sure that counts as extra features which means that it will easily get 9.0 :|

I love how that one idiot is bragging about how Forza 2 getting an average of .4 higher than GT5 PROLOGUE. But honestly though, do you actually think Forza 2 can actually keep that average if it was released NOW? I didn't think so.

Thus, in reality GT5 prologue > Forza 2

Read the review and sounds even better than I was expecting for a Prologue edition.

Hopefully tomorrow :)
