GTA CANNOT teach you how to shoot

You just cant learn how to shoot from GTA. So in real life im gonna go press L2 and lock on to somone and pop a cap in to thier bum.

you make a good point everey single game that involes aiming needs to be on jacks hit list

I agree with you I guess, but just to play the devils advocate, what about the kid in Paduca, [sic] Kentucky, who on his rampage fired 8 shots hit with all 8 and 7 out of the eight were headshots. Supposedly he had never held a gun in his life.Riverwolf007

Accuracy doesn't have a prerequisite of holding a gun.

I have to say, playing Call of Duty did help when I shot a Luger in real life. But in general, games don't help at all.

My point is, that being an accurate shot has nothing to do with being skill with a gun.  My mom has never fired a gun in her life, yet was an impeccable shot at duck hunt from 10 feet away.  I've never fired a gun in my life, yet I guarantee I have the necessary motor skills and reaction speed to do what he did (though I doubt I'm ever gonna commit a serial slaying).

This is technically true, but Duck Hunt or Point Blank would be a thousand times superior for that purpose.
