Yeah but as he pointed out in the review which I am sure you have read, time has moved on. GTA IV is aging quickly apparently.

Why is it that all people care about now days are graphics? The graphics do not take away from the total greatness of Gay Tony. At least there are some people that understand that.

I agree with the score. hell GTAIV aged before it was released last year. they need to do a serious revamp. GTAIV was an abomination, if I was given choice to finish the game or literally slit my wrist, I would have picked "Slit my wrist". it was that bad.

maybe he was referring to the gameplay, presentation, formula and whatnot. and I agree with him, GTAIV and its expansion have aged

Why is every one referring to Giant Bomb reviews all of a sudden?Just heard about them recently.

They are all the old editors and contributors to Gamespot. Jeff, Brad, all those guys. They rock. They were the true foundation of this site, and it hasn't been the same since they left.

Most of the other reviews of Gay Tony have stated that GTV4 is starting to show it's age. That didn't stop them from giving the game an excellent score. Because it's an excellent addition to GTA4. I guess some people feel they need to be different.

I'll give you that choice!

Youtube video? :)

Also, showing it's age? My back! This is still one of the most impressive sandbox games to date.

Hmm, i really loved this DLC but as I was listening to the podcast, he brought up some fair points. I also went back and played some more of the original gta4, i think the character development and storyline was probably a bit better in the original. I know a lot of people felt that it went off somewhere else in the middle but to be honest the way niko met other characters was pretty well done. Also the last couple of missions were pretty damn memorable and definitely put niko in my list of favourite characters. Luis is a really cool guy too, i think i kinda liked him a bit more than johnny, but i don't think both had as much depth as niko. But this could be due to niko's story being almost up to 40 hours whereas luis' and johnny's being around 20 altogether.

[QUOTE="ULTIMATEZWARRIO"][QUOTE="monson21502"]

congrats. you found a bad review at the very bottom of the internet well.

Giant Bomb is fairly well known, especially since one of them i believe is ex GS staff

4 of them actually.

5 of them, technically. Dave Snider did some work for GS as well, I believe. Anyway, this review surprised me as well. I haven't listened to the latest Bombcast yet, so hopefully that will clear it up. I'd like to hear what Jeff thought of it.
