Is GTA 4 made by Rockstar North? Because thats based in Scotland and Its funny because Americans are either laughing at themselves or laughing with us at them because San Andreas was full of jokes.. The Stories series was made in Leeds too...
If they do go for London (which I doubt) it will be interesting to see if they attempt to make a faithful recreation. But I just don't see it happening in London - although it would be really cool.
That does make sense. I'm not not really interested in getting GTA IV but being able to run around London doin' all that crazy S*** could change my mind.
Not Modern day London it will be the Mods/Rockers scene I think in the 60s / 70s The Getaway has taken London anyway... Looks good for PS3 hope it doesn't play like the last 2...

Makes sense. The guys at Rockstar should go over to Sony Entertianment Europe, kicked thier asses, and take their map of london to use it for GTA IV. Then we can have the vast London streets experience that The Getaway offered, without the crappy blinker direction system. Mini-maps forever!Â
If what you hinted at above with the Soundtrack I doubt it will be New York because Liberty City is suppose to be a fictional version based of of New York.

I can't tell you how incredible it feels picking up a baguette off of a little cafe table and beating the arrogance out of a NPC. SOO MUCH FUN! Oui! Oui! Haw haw! You can also fart in somebody's general direction. A nice touch.
Actually it does make sense. THis was how people knew San Andreas would be one of the games long before anything was even hinted. San Andreas was already a part of the "world" that the early GTA games mentions or is set in. The same with Vice City.
So London is definitely a possibility. The game could be made like Lock Stock/Snatch instead of the usual Godfather based games.

i reckon they should set it somwhere ridiculous. like scotland. driving through the highlands and using made up names for big citys. that would be ace. If they do set it in london they had better make sure they have alot of country side like the fens or something. Thats was the best part about GTA:SA cruising the countryside in a tracktor . But then i am from the countryside and i love that kind of stuff.

Well us Brits had to put up with your mono tone accents in all the other games so i hope it aint another yank city. All actors have to get rid of there Accent in America because if they don't get rid of there accent they would hardly ever get a job.

So just because the game will have 80's rock ''radio'' in the car doesnt mean its in NY, could be in the 80's tough...
