Now if you don't understand the concept of "THE PRESENT TIME" that's not my problem, but I find it hilarious that when I'm talking about what's going on now. you give me a list of games that aren't out yet and tell me the PS3 library is better in 2008.

Learn the difference between the past, the present and the future. Only one of them really matters - THE PRESENT.

Easily explained...

PS3 has a lackluster library of games, so when a great game is released for it, all PS3 owners rush out to get it.

Alternatively, 360 has a strong library, so people with 360s feel they should finish what they are playing before they start GTA, knowing that it will require a bit of a time commitment.

With that said, MS still outsould PS3 nearly 2:1, not something Sony or PS3 fanboys should be excited about.

I have both systems. The only games I have for my PS3 are Assassins Creed and Resistance. No other games interested me on PS3. As far as multiplats such as COD4, GTA4, R6V2 I got for the 360 because I enjoy XBL online more than PSN. I would love to use my PS3 more but there is no reason to right now, at least for me and my taste of games.

To deny that PS3 library is poor goes in the face of all of the "2008 id the year of PS3" theads all over the boards. The fact that those threads exists makes my argument about the weak PS3 game library pretty valid. Those threads are nothing more than an admission by the PS3 community that the games released for PS3 in the first 18 months were nothing to write home about.

Don't bunch 360 with Wii to help yourself feel better. 360 is going to come in last whether you want to admit it or not, don't know why you care so much about it anyways.

Just buy a Ps3 already so you can enjoy it.

The bottomline is that the 360 is still the leader in overall hardware sales and they're the king of software sales, and the Wii is the king of hardware sales from a month to month basis, while the PS3 struggling way behind. The playstation era is over, it's not the same, people need to realize this. But there will be one or two great games for the PS3 that people will enjoy, plus blu ray dvds are awesome.

360 is not the overall hardware sales leader, that belongs to the Wii. Ps3 has been outselling 360 world wide every single month for a long time now, it's only a matter of time bud.

And no one is expecting Ps3 to pass Wii up. Like I said before, stop acting like you have a Ps3 and actually buy one to try it out.

Why does everyone care about hardware sales so much?

well you left out a lot of the 360 games. i didn't change the ps3 list because it seemed as if you blatantly left out 360 games so i just added the ones you left out. if you have more ps3 i'd be glad to see them for '08.

Do you realise how much is 850,000? it is 0.85 million and the lead is almost equal to the total number on PS3 i.e. 1 million.

So if .85 million is mere then GTAIV sales on PS3 are mere too.
