Xbox 360 because I own GH 2 for it so I already have a compatible guitar controller. Plus XBox Live is awesome.

I would get the Wii one, but I'm sketched out about the online play and download content. Also for the reasons stated above.

PC. You can use the keyboard as a guitar probally making the game only cost $30
