Supergiant makes great albeit subtle use of the PS5's DualSense controller. You can pet your dog, Cerberus and unleash colossal attacks powered by the gods of the Greek pantheon with the adaptive triggers. It's a smart way to integrate the feature and makes the PS5 version standout from the others in a meaningful way.

And while PS5 Activities Cards don't seem to be supported just yet, it's use of DualSense alone is reason enough to play it on the PS5 over other platforms if you haven't already. Keep in mind that even if you don't have a PS5 and you're playing it on the PS4 you'll be able to upgrade it to the PS5 version too.

This is actually a sad reflection on ps5. Whereas in the past the argument used to be about how ps exclusives were system sellers, it’s now because an Indian site likes the adaptive triggers on a multiplat game….and that’s not a slight on the source coming from India, it’s that people are searching anywhere and everywhere to try and find something better on ps5.

@SolidGame_basic: India has like, a billion people, they're potentially a bigger market than the US. Sony is more relevant there than the Xbox (also true for the rest of the world). More immersive dog petting sounds neat for those that are into that.... but I prefer the exclusive feature of portability on Switch. Seamless cross saves with PC is pretty cool too.

Wow, you can pet the dog with rt trigger , I've been doing it alot. Also just want to say hades is a fantastic game, can't believe it slipped under my radar. It looks fantastic on the xbox series x. Great colors and visuals and art style.

Hades the definitive place to play this GOTY game is on PS5. I feel sorry for people who bought this elsewhere sick way to play this masterpiece.

Isn't this free on GP? The game is better due to Dual Sense? Not likely. Dual Sense was a lot of hype. It was cool on Astro but I turned it off anywhere else. It's more of an annoyance to me, especially in shooters.

Wow this thread made a number on the lemmings. They really are having a rough second semester. With nothing good on the horizon beyond a f2p and a racing games, things are really tough, now they have to deal with devs treating them like second class citzens, which Lems actually are.

For me in multiplayer, the adaptive triggers are a hindrance, but for single player games, it’s an experience.

depends on the game, remember that "experience" in demon's souls leading to me turning it off in about 5minutes, while in Returnal the adaptive triggers actually work well. Really is up to devs to use em where they fit and stop showing it on stuff where it doesnt
