you are just blind folded and wont understand

bungie wants money they wont give you a remake for free

if they did a remake they would want to charge a full price for it

there would be a market big enough to suport that? no i woudnt say that there is

they would invest tons of money and time developing a game that wont give much back to them therefore not worth the time, they might work on a sequel, prequel, spinoff or new ip instead.

some games are meant to be played the way they were made, graphics do not make a game i dont belive a gamer that has 22 year's would give so much importance to graphics i still play Street Fighter 2 and i dont feel any need for a remake, if your not a fanboy then you are a graphics whore , and both terms arent insulting at least not on my book

[QUOTE="coolviper2003"] They alread have the engine, the textures, the voiceovers, the sound track, the story. Why are remakes even made then? It wouldn't take as much time or money as one would think. It's not like they are starting from scratch. And I don't know about you but the Resident Evil remake on the gamecube was a big difference compared to the PS1 version. Even though it was pretty much the same game with the same exact story, just better graphics and with slightly tweaked gameplay made it feel like a completely different game.organic_machine

So you know what it takes to make a game? Oh wait, no you don't. Please don't talk nonsense, because you have no idea. This is a bad idea and an unneccesary waste of time. Save it for the modding community, if at all.

Yes, assumeI have no idea how to make a game except the fact I went to college for 2 years for that. I love it how people assume things. And if you're curious, no I am not in the game making world, I've decided I rather own a business then work for someone for a living.

you expect me to believe that? and seriously, even if you did go to college "for that," it would require more years than 2. Let me guess, community college? You don't have any inkling of anything you are saying. You have made statements that hold no value and you make up lies about how you went to school "for that."

That's all you can come up with to defend your view. Is that I must be lying. Bravo. You can believe what ever the hell you want to, I don't care. Becausethe chance that a gamer might actually know how to program for a game is unheard of right? -sigh-

Then why this statement? "i dont belive a gamer that has 22 year's would give so much importance to graphics " That's implying that I only care about the graphics, when I also mentioned adding the physics, AI, and extra gameplay features from Halo 3, alongside the graphics would make the game feel refreshing.

it would make it feel like halo 3, and the biggest change people would notice would be the graphics, the AI would be one of the things that woudnt be cheap to port over.

the reason that they rarely remake game is that it isnt viable

they never remaked such huge franchises even tho halo kinda new it isnt viable they woudnt profit from it.

it would be refreshing and at the same time it would feel like, been there, done that, it would be mainly for hardcore halo fans
