I thought the stance on flops was that a flop is a flop no matter what. there is no difference between a game hyped to be AAA only to be 8.5, and a game hyped AAA and scored 0. isn't that SW's position on flops?

no, that's not my stance. I'm just playing devil's advocate here. it seems that is the position on this site. all I see is people covering their ears and shouting "FLOP" as loudly as they can type.

Dude, make the flop a lot harder for a real simulation, and title the thread something like OMG HALO 6.5 SUPERFLOP LOLOLOL HIDE LEMMINGS HIDE.

8.5 will just be a war of "almost" and damage control.

OK, let's assume that halo 3 is out. It's been reviewed, and got an 8.5 rating. This is the first thread in system wars you see about it. You read on only to find a link to the review. You click it and it's legit. What would you post here? Really assume this is that thread. Don't say "I would say TLHBO". Just post "TLHBO!". Don't say "I would try to find a way to defend the game." Just defend it. You can make up quotes from the review if you want. Please don't post and say this thread is stupid. I just want to know how it goes.
