Halo 3 is the most anticipated game of all time!!!!

If anything, Crysis is still floating under the radar. Probably because it's only accessible to those who have gaming PCs are are willing to build a new gaming PC. Halo 3 sales will easily thump Crysis sales. Doesn't mean it will or will not be the better game...but hey...that's the anticipation for you.

Actually no all I said that its not the most anticpated of all time and said potentially with Wii sales outpacing 360 and traditional sales of the mario series not to mention the fact the series dates back over 20 years that it could be more anticipated than Halo 3 but I guess all those commercial and magazine cover and articles that MS pays for must mean it more anticipated.

You proved my point about rabid halo fans though me saying its not the most anticpated game of all time is a bash even though I said I like the series. Maybe you should rethink what you are saying or re-read my post you choose.

Well you know what? Maybe Galaxy's hype and anticipation will surpass Halo 3's. But right now, it's fairly quiet. That game is still some 2 months away, while Halo 3 is right on our doorstep. Or maybe Galaxy will not break Halo 3's pre-order record at all and will not get the red-carpet mass-media treatment. Who knows.

To suggest you DO know is...well...you don't. All you can do is speculate like the rest of us. That's where it becomes circular: when you attempt to pass off statements as if they are facts when they are easily disputable...or in the case of Galaxy, non-existent.

By any measure you use, Halo 3 is at worst, the most anticipated game of 2007, as of September. If you take the record-breaking pre-order stats into consideration...well...it's breaking records. I'd call that "anticipation".

Again, I said I'm done with the thread because it has nowhere to go...but I thought I'd mention that for the record.

The days go by and by and sept 25th gets closer and closer? Do Cows have any idea about how it is to wait for a game that is this highly anticipated? MGS4? It wont touch the hype that Halo 3 gets..... Honestly this is unquestioned the most hyped game ever and it really hasnt even heated up. Reyes360
