[QUOTE="Led_poison"]CoD4 since you have customization between players and CoD4 has more weaponsangelkimne

Player customization, you mean like Armour Perms and colours ????

And i'm not sure about weapns, but if CoD 4 does have for they're much less imaginitive, forgettable and similiar to each other.

Not good reasons imo....

Wow, did you even play CoD4?

I meant player customization as in Perks, players can use different perks depending on their preference, playstyle and even gametype . Something you cant do in halo 3. If i want to snipe I use claymores/stopping power/iron lungs, if i want to run and gun i use bandroiler/stopping power/ steady aim, and if I'm playing search and destroy, i definitely use C4s/Claymores to place them near the bomb.

Hell, theres even weapon upgrades, you can add (scopes, grips, grenade launchers etc) to your weapons, something you cannot do in halo 3 and even change the color of your weapon, sure it does nothing to the gameplay, but it makes you stand out. I love my gold AK-47 and my gold dragunov.

For weapons, if you notice the M14 and G3 in the assault group of weapons act differently compared to the rest of the pack, you have to "click" the trigger rather than to just hold it down. And the snipers even have different rates of fire, you have your rapid fire and bolt action snipers.

and as for imaginative, these weapons are real weapons :|

yeah because there's far more difference between an M14 an AK47 than there is between a needler and a battle rifle

and forget about weapon colors when on halo 3 you can mold the GAMEPLAY and the maps into a thousands of different sty1es.

:| im not arguing that halo 3 does not have unique weapons, im arguing that there is a noticeable difference between the weapons in CoD4

and as for you for your forge arguement, yeah sure you can do that but its called custom game, something Call of Duty comes with aswell.

I like them both for different things.

CoD4 is more real and more about patience and teamwork.

Halo 3 is more over the top action and all out fun.

Aerosmith_Lova

Halo 3 requires way more team work than COD 4....it isn't even close in that aspect

On higher levels in team slayer, or swat, or MLG, or team hardcore, or team objective if you try to go Rambo and not work as a team you die....quick....

Well maybe not in SWAT.....

I am a level 45 in Team Slayer, a 38 in Team Objective, and I am over 30 in most other original game types. I know what it takes to win in Halo. But IMO, its much more critical to work as a team in CoD4 than in Halo 3.

There are some cases where that is not the case, but overall, I feel CoD4 requires more teamwork, especially in the hardcore games, which is what I play on.

Not really.... In COD 4, you see the guy first, you usually kill him. In halo, you see a guy first, anything can happen. In Halo 3, if you're playing with a good team, you always hear people calling out enemy locations and weapons. Meanwhile in COD4 i usually see people going wherever they want...

actually, with the shields in halo (1 2 or 3) it happens more, if you see a guy first and get his shields down he has no chance because he has to get your shields down and then kill you, while he only has to kill you

in cod4 someone can be shooting at you and you can go boom headshot and they die.

you make it sound like lowering someone's shield is a trivial matter. they'll be trying to kill you the whole time, before you deplete their shields.

the point is that in COD4, it is less likely for someone to survive if another player gets the drop on them. the person who sees the other player first would have to really screw it up to get headshotted by their previously unaware target.

yep on halo 3 you can easily retaliiate and win and even if you don't it's highly likely that a teammate will finish him for you. i mean if someone starts shooting you with an AR and you have rockest THEY are pretty much owned. and if he's shooting you with a AR and you have an AR a well thrown grenade can put things in your hand again

You know what's an amazing shooter? SOCOM :P Honestly though, SOCOM: Confrontation is going to be amazing. I can't wait for it. Going back to its roots is just how I like it 8)

i like cod4 better because it had a more tactical feeling in it. But i disagree with cod4 not requiring skill, it doesn't requre skill like dexterity wise but you have to be good in positioning, timing and throwing grenades etc, that requires skill too...
