Halo 3: Recon!! Fall 2009 - Now with Trailer

The trailer is officially up in better quality over at Bungie.net.

Looks awesome in my opinion, and with a human character maybe we'll be playing someone a little less dull than good ol' MC.

I enjoyed the trailer. It definitely had the Halo feeling. I figured it'd be kinda different.

I can't wait to see some gameplay footage sometime next year.

Anyone else notice how at the end of the trailer the superintendent was intstructing the surviving ODST on where to go through signs/billboards and street lights. Kinda cool. Guess he's gonna help you out.

I completely agree. And something a bit more tactical. Squad based tactical shooter in the Halo universe would be a lot of fun.

People really like to make ridiculous assumptions so early. We haven't even seen what Sony has to offer, yet people are calling it a win for the 360 in 2009 because of one game? Unbelievable. Unless you were being sarcastic.

It is pretty sad that anything releated to Halo is instantly better than anything Sony or anyone else has to offer. We know very little about what Microsoft or Sony has in store.

there was no gameplay, so... i would hold that statement for later.

but on topic, i'm REALLY hoping they are taking a more realistic approach to the halo universe instead of "just another halo /cutwrists"

I really hope Microsoft has more than that for Sony's lineup...
