Halo 3 WILL be GOTY, (read cows)

*Gasp. What if I didn't feel like that when I played a WIP version with limited weapons and only 3 maps. Many other people feel the same way.

On the story. Halo CE had a good story. Halo 2 was the second in the trilogy, in my experience the second instalment of any trilogy is not as good as the first and last.

You want to know what they say about Halo? They said its a fairly generic FPS, nothing really new, but what it does it does fairly well. The MAIN reason Halo Multiplayer is played so much is because EVERYONE plays it. If all your friends are playing it, then how can it not be fun? The reason people started playing it was because it basically pioneered Xbox Live and was therefore thefirst title to use it fo mutliplayer. The fact that everyone started playing it only made a good multiplayer exeperience better.

I am afraid not... The supposedly 3 perfect score(EGM, GI, and OXM UK), and 95% from PC Gamer UK (only game higher was Half-Life) speak otherwise. Since Bioshock is only 1% lower than Half-Life that makes it the second best FPS of all time.

PS - Don't argue that Halo>Half-Life cause you would fail.

PPS - Bioshock scored higher than Half-Life 2 and GS thinks Half-Life 2 is better than Halo 2, therefore Bioshock will be better than Halo 3 because Halo 3 will be extremely similar to Halo 2 in terms of quality.

My personal favorite for GotY is Bioshock, with Mass Effect as runner-up. Crysis will be great but considering how great Bioshock and Mass Effect should be(and Bioshock is according to reviews), it won't win GotY or even get Runner-up.
