Well just because you won't be buying Forza or Trials it means they are bad games and thus don't coun't in favor of the 360?
Great logic.
I love reading these threads. You guys get so butt angry and irrational just because somebody likes a different console than you. It's probably the most shamefully ridiculous human phenomenon in recorded history.

But usually they call them sales, that is what happens always to make it seem sales are better
And is evident because of
"Sony has announced that lifetime sales of all four Uncharted titles stood at 17,320,000 units as of April 13, 2012."
Unless they have means to know the exact sales in every retailer worldwide, there is no other way to come up with the 17.320.000 number unless they count their own shipments

And I actually think you're being a tad hipocrite, because both Uncharted and Halo succeed and fail in the same two aspects: both are derivative and unoriginal, but both EXCEED in their gameplay. Both are the pinnacle of their genres.
But they differ in some other (less important imo) aspects. Uncharted as way better graphics, for one. But Halo is a lot more popular (something very important considering the main aspect of the game is it's online component)

You seem to be talking about multiplayer, there's nothing of the sort in Halo's single player. Dress it up how you like it's still a linear FPS. I've always liked the Uncharted settings. Just because Halo is set in space or far away planets doesn't make the setting better, just different. Uncharted is generally very diverse. Across the series you go to a huge variety of different places so i don't know how Uncharted's setting can be bad and as for the enemies what do Halo's enemies do? Funny, because i remember huge open levels that you could do almost anything, from grabing a vehicle and kill everything freely (with co-op players as passanger and gun men no less), to grabing enemy fliers and roam the level to even get tactical turet positions for sniping and just about anything
You really want to suggest Uncharted is like that ?
Then you will only prove that you have never even seen videos of Halo
Also the setting and monsters and AI is leaps beyond the crappy Uncharted boring human enemies that do nothing but appear in front of you to kill
Uncharted gameplay is a joke, that is all
You're exaggerating all parts of Halo way too much. Yes, it has open battlefields, but their is always a single way to go, and the gunplay isn't as open ended as you're making it out to be. Maybe you could have fooled someone else, but I've been playing Halo for a long time and I've finished all games numerous times. And I never said Uncharted has the elements Halo does. It's got its own pros while Halo has its.[QUOTE="loosingENDS"][QUOTE="khoofia_pika"] I love Halo, but I'm sorry, it doesn't allow you to "pick the way" you want to go. There's only one path. Same as Uncharted And uncharted fans can bash Halo for not having any scripted events or huge set pieces. Each franchise appeals to its fans. That's about it. It's stupid to hate on any of them. But, well, this is System Wars, and it's filled with stupid people. :?khoofia_pika

That was my point from the start, Uncharted gameplay is as limited as it gets
I cant find any perks in Uncharted gameplay myself, i found it dull and boring beyond description
And what do you mean one way to go in a huge open battlefield ? You can go any way you want in it

But in Fable 3's case it's ok to have very limited exploration and scripted events? Oh, and Uncharted does not try to play mind games with you making you believe you can go somewhere and hitting you with an invisible wall. or unhelpful fast travel maps that look nothing like the area. They appear in front of you and kill you  Your argument's pretty weak.[QUOTE="hoosier7"][QUOTE="loosingENDS"]

And you seem to have never played any Halo game then, because that is exactly what its single player is like
Probably that is why you think it is like Uncharted, but trust me, they are absolutly nothing alike gameplay wise
Think night and day difference
Also your comments on Halo AI makes it even more certain that you have never played a Halo game before, the AI in Halo is amazing really, you will see why when you actually play any Halo game, any one will do
I can see why no one replies to your posts now. 1) I've played Halo, it's not like that. ODST came close but even then your description would be extremely exaggerated. 2) I never said Uncharted had the same gameplay as Halo 3) Halo's AI was good in parts just like Uncharted's was but was horrifically flawed at times. In 3 it was ok, ODST it was very good, Reach had some rather large issues such as if the AI drove vehicles and i remember it being very easy to beat Elites at long range as they'd struggle to recognise they were being shot so would just stand there as i pumped rounds into their heads. Made it a lot easier to get the 1,000g :P Often it was pretty easy to keep them at a distance because their path finding wasn't great. They completely owned if they got you in a corridor, don't know what it was about that. The team mate AI was truely dismal though and i remember that clearly. They were useless. I did my best to sprint ahead of them so i could try and clear up the enemies before they got in the way. At time i literally had to hit them to get them to move into a good spot. Please Log In to post.
