Halo Infinite Season 3 launches today...

It's been 309 days since season 2 launched xD

Season 3 includes a new battle pass, 3 new maps, a new DMR weapon, a new equipment- shroud screen, and a new playlist "Escalation Slayer" which is just gun game.

If you haven't played this game in a long time I recommend giving it another try. Game still has some issues with occasionally getting stuck as you're loading into a multiplayer game, and I've also been disconnected from a few games. But there are some good playlists now- I especially like the Community Collection which is forge maps, and Social Big Team Battle. Rumor is Infection will come to the game soon too.

I'm having a lot more fun with the game now than I did back at launch- I uninstalled over a year ago but decided to reinstall a few weeks ago and I'm glad I did.

Somehow I still want those extra guns they keep adding for MP to be available in SP. The SP is all about unlocking new stuff in the open world, so give us some extra content.

I don't play halo games much, not a big fan. Feels generic to me. Green space man with machine gun, yah!

Wondering though, is the issue people have with infinite the slow trickle of new content? It seems like the game itself is pretty good. Is this like destiny?

I am sure at least 100 people care, although half of them won't actually play it anyway.

MS needs to walk away from that IP for a few years and then decide if they want to do a reimagined reboot in 5 or 6yrs.

Poor Halo, I feel bad for it. A once industry titan bursting with originality that's fallen from grace and it's following has moved on, dwindling it down to a fraction of what it once was.. It's like the Bam Margera of video game franchises.

I miss the days we had a bunch of lems damage controlling this failure. At this point we don't even see sealionact and dabear damage controlling. Its over boys, the acceptance fase has begun😕

I'll definitely hop into BTB tonight, since the new bandit/AR will be the primary start. Having sidekick/AR start just didn't feel right for the game mode. It will be interesting to see if the more competitive modes will get bandit starts. Oasis looks like a dope map for BTB as well

The other two arena maps look alright, I guess. Don't care much for gun game. I hope we get infection somewhere down the line this season.
